The Charismatic movement, paedobaptism and the cryptic Babylonian ritualism behind them pt.1

(note: I don't endorse neither embrace all the opinions in this forum)

"Much of the growth of Charismatic theology worldwide occurs in places that have a long history of ANIMISM."

(MYTHS OF BABYLONIA AND ASSYRIA)

Although certain spirits might confer gifts upon mankind, they were at certain seasons and in certain localities hostile and vengeful, like the grass-green fairies in winter, or the earth-black elves when their gold was sought for in forbidden and secret places. These spirits were the artisans of creation and vegetation, like the Egyptian Khnumu and the Indian Rhibus; they fashioned the grass blades and the stalks of corn, but at times of seasonal change they might ride on their tempest steeds, or issue forth from flooding rivers and lakes. Man was greatly concerned about striking bargains with them to secure their services, and about propitiating them, or warding off their attacks with protective charms, and by performing "CEREMONIES OF RIDDANCE[exorcism]"

Now, the Charismatic movement is spreading like wildfire in Catholicism.

http://biblicalconnection.wordpress.com/2013/04/01/charismatic-romes-change-agent-for-one-global-religion/ (on the connection between Mystery Babylon  and the Charismatic movement)

It is a dangerous heresy, claiming that the apostolic gifts(especially "tongues" or glossolalia) and signs of the first few decades after Christ have continued to this present day.

We know from Scripture that they have ceased. Charismatics have also invented a whole array of unscriptural practices and doctrines that much more resemble shamanistic and animistic rituals. There isn't much to expose, other than the striking similarities betwen this "brand" of heresy and paganry, with a drop of babylonian superstition as well . . .
---------------------------------------------------------
But first, some short comments on paedobaptism

In Roman Catholicism, paedobaptism(baby sprinkling) was once performed with the priest spitting in the mouth of the infant

http://www.pbministries.org/books/gill/Sermons&Tracts/sermon_69.htm

"The nose and ears of infants at their baptism are touched with SPITTLE by the priest, that they may receive the savor of the knowledge of God, and their ears be opened to hear the commands of God; and formerly spittle was put upon the eyes and upon the tongue, though it seems now disused as to those parts; and yet no longer than the birth of King James the First, it seems to have been in use; since at his baptism his mother sent word to the archbishop to forbear the use of the spittle, saying, "She would not have a pocky priest to spit in her child's mouth,;"

Now, we know in Catholicism, that the baptism is thought to represent the "born-again" experience.
In the "
The Story of Atrahasis", we read the following account for the creation story:

"After Enki instructs them on purification rituals for the first, seventh and fifteenth of every month, the gods slaughter Geshtu-e, "a god who had intelligence" (his name means "ear" or "wisdom") and form mankind from his blood and some clay. After the birth goddess mixes the clay, all the gods troop by and spit on it."

In this sense the Romish priests might be considering themselves actual Gods with power relegated to create life/souls in the infant.

Spittle or Spit is also associated with exorcism and this might be another cryptic ritual behind "paedobaptism".

http://www.deliriumsrealm.com/ancient-semitic-demon-possession/

"Water symbolized the presence of the god of water, Ea, so it was often sprinkled on the victim during incantations to symbolize the cleansing of the victim from the demon’s influence. Spittle also was thought to be potent against demons as a number of ancient texts refer to the sorcerer-priest as a “kassapu,” which in Arabic, means “to poison.” Its Sumerian equivalent means saliva or spittle – and can be used to mean the poison of serpents."

Needless to say, this reminds me of the scripture about "their" wine(the Babylonian)

Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps.
Deuteronomy 32:33
------------------------------------------------
Elsewhere, however, this  office(kassapu)  is described as a maleficient sorcerer/priest(nothing short of a witch) who puts on curses and actually INVITES unclean spirits in the object of the ritual:

http://books.google.bg/books?id=wbvDAgAAQBAJ&pg=PA299&lpg=PA299&dq=KASSAPU+babylon&source=bl&ots=LldXxMDAXn&sig=LYdRgWi_k1K9B3Sg2GCDVsKae6w&hl=en&sa=X&ei=vTeAU5DHA4qe0QWT4YGwCw&ved=0CDkQ6AEwAg#v=onepage&q=KASSAPU%20babylon&f=false

"The act of the Kassapu is in a series of incantations and anointing a model which represents the intended victim of the curse....rubbed the figure with DEADLY and UNCLEAN WATER, DESTRUCTIVE OIL and then sent a roaming ghost of a stranger who has no family to bring it offerings

>.....WATER the element for demons and spirits to enter or leave"

Compare with the "Catholic" anointing/baptism

http://www.pbministries.org/books/gill/Sermons&Tracts/sermon_69.htm

"this anointing is made in the form of a cross; the oil is put on the breast and beneath the shoulders, making a cross with the thumb; on making the cross on the shoulders, the priest says, "Flee, thou unclean spirit, give honor to the living and true God;" and when he makes it on the breast, he says, "GO OUT, THOU UNCLEAN SPIRIT, give place to the Holy Ghost:" the form used in doing it is "I anoint thee with the oil of salvation, that thou mayest have life everlasting."

And of course, for the classic study on the pagan nature of Roman Catholicism:
http://www.biblebelievers.com/babylon/sect41.htm

"The reader has seen already how faithfully Rome has copied the Pagan exorcism in connection with baptism. All the other peculiarities attending the Romish baptism, such as the use of salt, spittle, chrism, or anointing with oil, and marking the forehead with the sign of the cross, are equally Pagan etc.etc."

I've always been baffled at the Protestant stubbornness in keeping the paedobaptism, which only proves a very strong demonic power is behind it. It was the bone of contention between the protestants and the true christians in Europe and many lost their lives even to "reformers'" hands standing against this damnable heresy. It practically stopped the reformation in its tracks, because the minds of the reformers were polluted with the parroting of the "church fathers'".

REPENT and THEN AND ONLY THEN be BAPTISED in the name of the LORD (FATHER,SON,HOLY GHOST)

If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest
